The Girls Club
When you book a retreat with The Girls Club, you reserve a carefully curated experience with limited spaces. Each booking directly affects accommodation, logistics and planning.
Your place is only confirmed once your deposit has been received.
By completing your booking, you agree to these terms.
To secure your place, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

If the remaining balance is not paid on time, your booking may be cancelled and your place released. In that case, the deposit is not refunded.
We understand plans can change. Because we work with fixed costs, limited capacity and pre-booked services, the following cancellation terms apply:
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
We recommend booking only when your travel dates are confirmed.
You may transfer your booking to another person, subject to written approval from The Girls Club.
Any administrative costs or price differences are your responsibility.
In rare situations, The Girls Club may need to cancel or reschedule the retreat due to circumstances beyond our control, including low participation, illness, or force majeure.

All participants are required to arrange comprehensive travel insurance before arrival.

The Girls Club is not liable for any costs arising from illness, injury, loss, or travel disruptions.
By joining the retreat, you confirm that you are physically and mentally able to take part in the scheduled activities, including movement-based sessions such as yoga and pilates.
You are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations before arrival.
We reserve the right to adjust or restrict participation in activities if we consider it unsafe.
You participate in all retreat activities at your own risk.

We create a respectful and safe environment for all participants.
We reserve the right to remove any participant from the retreat if their behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful. In such cases, no refund will be given.

A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your place. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before the retreat start date.
For retreats with a fixed date, you agree that the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once the booking is confirmed.
